There are lots of options for cleaning floors. If you have a marble floor you must stay with a neutral pH cleaner such as Gold Standard. In general, the cleaner should be highly dilutable so that you are not leaving any residue on the floor when it dries. Gold Standard works especially well in commercial floor scrubbers since it can be diluted 1:128 or 1 ounce in a gallon mop bucket. Don't forget to add some Abscent to your water for great odor control.
Public restrooms are constantly challenged with dirty grout. We do not know of a stronger more effective grout cleaner than White 'N Brite. It is phosphoric acid based and works quickly to brighten what you thought would never look good again.
